Egis poszukuje Specjalisty ds. Learning & Development na Region, który będzie wspierać wdrażanie strategii Grupy w zakresie Learning & Development (L&D) w regionie EURA. Osoba na tym stanowisku, raportując do Regionalnego Dyrektora HR (HRD), będzie pełnić rolę kluczowego łącznika pomiędzy działem Corporate Learning & Development, regionalnym zespołem HR, lokalnymi zespołami HR w poszczególnych krajach oraz liderami biznesowymi. Będzie odpowiadać za przekładanie priorytetów Grupy na praktyczne regionalne programy rozwojowe wspierające wyniki biznesowe, transformację pracowników oraz rozwój kompetencji przyszłości.
