As a Business Developer: You will be a member a 3-function micro-team focusing on particular suppliers. You will be driving business agenda with your supplier and focusing on delivering seamless supply performance. You will be supported with a Production Engineer, who takes care of the production process, quality and compliance to IKEA standards, and a Supply Planner who handles logistics, capacity and production planning. Based on the high level strategic goals and then detailed tactical horizon, you will develop with the team and the suppliers annual action plans and make them delivered every year.
