IS Manager __ Your role and responsibilities The role is accountable for services in scope and the effective management of a Software and SaaS IS Category, ensuring services are defined, prioritized, funded, governed, and perform against agreed business, financial, and service outcomes across the full lifecycle, including compliance, optimization, vendor management and software asset and license management. Acting as a senior interface across Business Areas, Global IS, Service Owners, and partners, the role drives demand management, service performance oversight, governance, and alignment to IS strategy while enabling a simplified customer experience.
