Over a focused 6-month contract, you will own full-cycle recruitment for complex engineering roles, matching top-tier software and data talent with our specialized squads. Navigating a competitive Polish market, you will execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber professionals and introduce them to our engineering culture.
