Under general supervision, runs payroll cycles, balances and reconciles payroll amounts, and verify payroll data. Assist in balancing and reconciliation of payroll-related general ledger accounts. Prepare journal entries as needed. Responsible for compiling periodic and special reports for internal and external sources. Process client responsible taxes as needed. Testing, set-up and maintenance on earnings codes, deduction codes, and imports into the payroll system. Complete the Oracle to Ceridian comparison differences to keep the systems in sync. Continue system education in Ceridian DayForce. Responsible for the garnishment process working with the payroll provider. Fix the Payroll Audit and Wage and Tax report differences each payroll.…
