Division: Group Business Solutions (GBS) At Euroclear, the Senior Scrum Master plays a pivotal role in driving agile delivery and fostering high-performing teams. You will lead up to two Scrum teams, both locally and offshore, ensuring that all Scrum ceremonies—sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives—are executed efficiently and effectively. Beyond agile facilitation, you will take ownership of project planning, including defining timelines, budgets, staffing needs, and resource allocation across project phases. Given the complexity of our initiatives, we seek candidates who also bring experience in traditional waterfall-style IT project management and have a solid background in people leadership.…
