Today we are looking for an HCP Onboarding Specialist to support the administrative and compliance aspects of onboarding Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) before they can be formally engaged. This role is essential for ensuring data accuracy, proper documentation, and adherence to internal and external compliance standards. YOU WILL Create, update, and maintain HCP profiles in master data and CRM systems. Support HCPs throughout the onboarding process, including portal registration and documentation submission. Perform basic due‑diligence checks (e.g., COI validations) and monitor expiries, approvals, and required updates. Conduct Fair Market Value (FMV) tiering using internal tools and established criteria.…
