Today we are looking for an HCP Engagement Ambassador with English/German/Dutch/French/Ukrainian to act as the primary point of contact for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), and internal stakeholders across the entire engagement lifecycle. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a service‑oriented mindset, and the ability to navigate a compliance‑driven environment while ensuring a smooth, positive experience for all parties involved. YOU WILL Handle inquiries related to onboarding, activities, contracts, travel, invoicing, and payments. Route requests to specialist teams (contracting, payments, ToV, etc.) and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Support offline contract execution and coordinate simple redlines with Legal.…
