You'll be joining at a pivotal time as we continue to advance our EU Pay Transparency programme across multiple European jurisdictions, helping to shape our approach to evolving legislation and reward practices. As our EU Pay Transparency Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping the business navigate evolving pay transparency legislation, interpret complex requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
