Role We are looking for a Benefits Operations Specialist to join our team. This a remote role based in Poland, reporting to the Senior Manager, People Operations EMEA in the People & Culture department. As a Benefits Operations Specialist, you will be a subject matter expert in the day-to-day execution and administration of Zscaler’s EMEA benefit programs. You will serve as the backbone of the benefits function, ensuring that the employee life-cycle from onboarding to off-boarding is handled with precision, empathy, and compliance, focusing on high-touch administration of complex leave cases and the seamless delivery of our benefits concierge service.
