The Equipment Services EMEA Customer Service Specialist for Cytiva is responsible Providing excellent customer Service for both internal and external stakeholders with our Equipment Delivery Services. This position is part of the EMEA Equipment Services Team, role will be located in Krakow, Poland and will be fully on-site. What you will do: Coordinate timely communication throughout the service process with Regional Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, Service Sales, Finance, Sales, customers, and commercial partners.
