We are looking for an experienced Senior Warranty Specialist to oversee warranty operations and support the dealer network across the Polish market. In this role, you will ensure efficient warranty administration, manage recall and technical campaigns, provide expert support to dealers and collaborate closely with the manufacturer to deliver high-quality aftersales services and customer satisfaction. You will Manage and continuously improve warranty processes, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and internal procedures. Provide day-to-day support to dealers on warranty claims, guarantee cases and aftersales processes.
