Technical Trainer – PV & Energy Storage Systems (ESS) Job Location: Warsaw, Poland Main Responsibilities: Prepare and conduct regular product training for distribution partners and installers - close cooperation with Product Marketing and R&D teams. Conduct presentations during industry exhibitions and technical exchanges, grasp the industry development trend and demonstrate Huawei's professional image. Functional onboarding, technical training and “on-the-job” coaching for Field Sales Team. Daily cooperate with Sales Team, participate in project meetings. Fully understand Huawei's commercial&industrial and residential technical solutions, customer pain points, collect and analyze customer requirements during training and communication with partners and customers.…
