We are looking for an experienced Application Operations Technician to join Sopra Steria Polska for a team that cooperates with one of our Norwegian clients. Note that we can only offer cooperation to people are located in Silesian area and are willing to commute to our office in Katowice. Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical resource for one or more business-critical applications. Handle operational issues, incidents, and technical support for applications and users. Coordinate activities with Application Owners, Service Owners, and cross-functional teams. Troubleshoot complex application-related issues and ensure service stability.
