Job Description Safety & Compliance: Ensure total environmental and safety compliance by strictly respecting equipment rules and mitigating risks across all project phases. Project & Budget Management: Lead process engineering schedules, manage project budgets, and coordinate cross-functional contributors from Purchasing, Quality, and Technical departments. Process Selection & Design: Benchmark new manufacturing technologies, define process flows/assembly drawings, and support "make or buy" decision-making.
