Project: Website and support for the implementation of an HSE application (Your main challenge) • Building a digital knowledge base: Co-creating and configuring an internal website (e.g., on SharePoint) and supporting the rollout of a simple mobile app for employees containing all HSE requirements. • Designing online processes: Digitizing paper-based forms (e.g., hazard reporting, near-miss reports) so employees can easily complete them on their phones. • Modernizing content: Transforming traditional procedures and instructions into clear, modern checklists and infographics. 2. Traditional BHP and Team Support (Practical On-the-Job Training) • Induction training: Assisting with the conduct and organization of general safety briefings for new employees.…
