The Infrastructure - Citrix Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and developing the Citrix environment globally in Radiometer and associated OpCo’s. This position reports to the Director of IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations and is part of the Global IT Server Operations team l ocated in Stargard and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Own and operate the global Citrix (desktop virtualization) platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security Provide advanced (2nd/3rd level) support across Citrix and core infrastructure, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis Drive daily operations, including incident prioritization, monitoring, KPI tracking and reporting as part of the global IT team…
