This is a hybrid role based in the Wroclaw office. Y our role: You'll take ownership of source-to-contract activities for clinical outsourcing services, shaping how we partner with external vendors to support critical business needs. Working across international teams, you'll lead competitive sourcing processes, conduct market analysis, and negotiate contracts that deliver value while managing risk. Your day-to-day involves identifying and evaluating suppliers, developing category strategies, and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders - challenging requirements constructively and bringing procurement expertise early into decision-making.
