About this job
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to support a broad range of legal matters, with a primary focus on commercial contracts with clients and vendors. The role also covers intellectual property, corporate matters, compliance, privacy and other day-to-day legal issues across an international technology business. Responsibilities Draft, review and negotiate wide range of contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, software, SaaS, licensing and vendor agreements. Independently manage contract negotiations with clients, vendors and external counsel. Identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical solutions and fallback positions. Advise internal teams on legal matters arising in different jurisdictions, with a focus on the US and Europe.…
