We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to support the Legal & Compliance team across a broad range of legal matters. The role will include commercial contracts, legal research, corporate matters, intellectual property, compliance, privacy and other day-to-day legal work in an international technology business. Responsibilities Draft and review commercial contracts. Conduct legal research on matters involving different jurisdictions, with a focus on the US and Europe. Prepare legal summaries, memos and other internal legal materials. Support intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademarks, software ownership and licensing. Support the Legal team with day-to-day legal requests. Requirements Master’s degree in Law, or final-year law studies.…
