The Position We are seeking a Principal Test Automation Engineer ( AI - first ) to own quality engineering strategy and automation for our greenfield Prenatal Screening product - a regulated clinical diagnostic solution for first-trimester trisomy and preeclampsia risk assessment. This is not a blank canvas: quality and traceability obligations are built into the foundation from day one. As the platform matures, there may be an opportunity to expand your scope further within the portfolio. This is not a QA management role - it is a hands-on engineering role. As a Principal-level individual contributor, you will create automations, define and enforce the standards, establish the foundational frameworks, and embed quality into the daily engineering workflow - working with the whole team…
