• Defines and reviews maintenance policies • Defines critical machines classification, composition, etc. • Identifies critical spare parts management (item identification, minimum stocks definition, spare parts naming etc.) • Performs failures analysis • Ensures the calculation of maintenance KPIs (effectiveness, efficiency, costs, etc.), data collection and reporting activities. • Manages specific maintenance improvement and maintenance 4.0 projects • Implements advanced diagnostics methods • Manages CMMS (Maintenance Software) implementation and improvement • Is responsible for the standardization (procedures, instructions, forms, spare parts naming, etc.) • Performs maintenance audit • Collaborate with Energy and Facility areas to ensures Energy consumption savings project realization •…
