We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to help us build a new, strategic CRM capability from the ground up. The platform will be a core tool supporting InPost's international expansion. Your role: Build and lead a newly formed engineering team Own the full lifecycle of platform: from initial scoping and roadmap definition through architecture, delivery, and continuous improvement Establish strong working relationships with business stakeholders across all European markets, co-creating the solution together with local teams Provide technical leadership and set engineering standards for the Dynamics environment Communicate progress, risks, and roadmap updates to a broad set of business stakeholders across multiple markets Continuously improve delivery processes, team rituals, …
