About this job
Scope and Purpose To ensure the effective management, investigation and resolution of quality issues related to Brembo aftermarket products in Poland and European markets. To support continuous quality improvement by acting as the link between customers, Field Area Managers, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing and R&D departments, ensuring timely root cause analysis, implementation of corrective actions and customer satisfaction. To contribute to the protection of the Brembo brand and customer experience through proactive field quality monitoring, technical support and performance analysis.
