About the Role Our client is an innovative materials engineering company developing lightweight and sustainable solutions for demanding industrial applications. We are looking for an R&D Textile Coloration Engineer to develop and industrialise dyeing, finishing, and surface-treatment processes for technical textile materials. You will translate customer requirements into practical solutions, manage laboratory and pilot trials, and support the transition from initial samples to repeatable serial production. The role combines textile chemistry, colour performance, process development, quality control, and manufacturing scale-up.
