Responsibilities: Performing 2nd level support to customer infrastructure and apply solutions to stabilize and refresh customer environment. Modifying operating system configuration and maintaining server services. Calls with client..Proposing improvements. Contacting on-site support and 3rd party support in case of hw incidents. Dealing with incidents, requests and troubleshooting on customer infrastructure. Regular system and firmware updates. Deployment of new virtual servers. Creation and updates of documentation.
