The Position In this role, you will be a lead expert in the AI Platforms and Services Team, building and evolving Roche's internal AI Agentic Platform - a platform that enables teams to design, build, run, evaluate, and scale AI agents and agentic workflows across the enterprise. You will drive the architectural vision and technical strategy across the modern agentic AI technology stack, including agent orchestration, model integration, tool use, enterprise data access, retrieval-augmented generation, context engineering, agent memory, governance, observability, and feedback loops.
