What You'll Do Manage delivery across multiple engineering teams or an entire domain, defining delivery standards and ensuring consistency, quality, and velocity across teams. Report to C-level stakeholders on progress, risks, and business impact, translating engineering outcomes into business language and strategic recommendations. Own domain-level SDLC governance: align standards across teams while enabling each team to own its practices, eliminate systemic organizational blockers, and define domain-level OKRs, KPIs, and SLAs. Define architecture and technical standards for the domain (or the wider tech organization), collaborating closely with Staff Software Engineers on key architectural decisions.
