About the role Partner with Product and Engineering to shape product decisions through measurement of user behaviour, funnel performance, feature impact, experimentation, and conversion. Turn product data into clear recommendations on what to build, improve, stop, or test next. Performance objectives Objective 1 - Own product analytics and KPIs Outcome: Clear, ongoing visibility into activation, engagement, conversion, retention, and feature adoption across the platform. Typical tasks: Own analytics across onboarding, rankings, quizzes, comparisons, firm pages, and checkout flows. Define and monitor product KPIs. Maintain product dashboards used by Product, Engineering, and Leadership. Investigate anomalies and surface trends weekly.…
