This role is part of the Operational Risk Management Framework & Standards group, whose mission is to advance Operational Risk Management practices at Citi, and supply understanding and clarity to its stakeholders. The role will be responsible for the ongoing development, transformation, and maintenance of ORM’s MCA Independent Assessment Program through which ORM oversees the MCA Program design, management, and execution, in alignment with industry practices and regulatory expectations. The Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) is Citi’s Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Program owned by the 1st Line of Defence, used to manage Operational and Compliance Risks at the granular level and Citi’s primary method for Businesses & Functions to assess their granular Operational Risk exposures.…
