We’re looking for an HR Workforce Data Specialist to join our team and support day‑to‑day employee lifecycle administration while helping us continuously improve our processes. If you combine meticulous data handling with a service mindset and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic environment, this role is for you. Scope of responsibilities: Employee data management in HRIS: end‑to‑end maintenance of employee records in Workday and SAP across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding). Preparation of HR documents: drafting and updating contracts, amendments, employment certificates (Haufe), A1 forms, and other HR documentation. HR admin support via ServiceNow: handling tickets, providing information to employees and managers, and ensuring timely, accurate case resolution.…
