In response, we are growing our team to offer new transaction-related services to clients.The Delivering Deal Value Team works closely with other PwC teams, including Strategy, Financial Due Diligence, Regulatory, Legal, and Tax. Together with these specialists, the team provides clients with insights and advice throughout the M&A process.
