About the role The Senior Tax Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing tax compliance, tax planning, and tax reporting in Poland and hands-on support across other European jurisdictions including the UK, Spain, and France. This role requires significant experience preparing corporate and VAT returns, coupled with an in-depth understanding of Polish tax regulations and the ability to quickly build working knowledge of tax requirements in other jurisdictions as the role's scope grows. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role on a small, close-knit global tax team. Priorities shift quickly in response to tax authority deadlines, audits, and evolving compliance requirements across markets, so comfort with ambiguity and frequent context-switching is essential.…
