Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented AP Accounting Administrator with Italian to join our dynamic UPS Accounts Payable Team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and supporting end-to-end AP activities. Your key responsibilities will include: Processing incoming invoices in accordance with company policies and local compliance requirements. Monitoring invoice workflow, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring on-time posting. Communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders in Italian and English to resolve invoice-related issues. Supporting payment runs, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. Maintaining high-quality documentation and ensuring data accuracy.…
