We are now seeking warm, professional and service-minded Waitres/Waitresses to join our team. Arbeidsoppgaver As a member of our service team, you will contribute to creating a calm and elegant atmosphere in the restaurant. Your responsibilities include: Welcoming guests and guiding them through the dining experience Responsible for up to 20 guests, depending on occupancy Ensure correct presentation and service of food and wine Communicate dishes, wines, and the story of the retreat through natural storytelling Collaborate with the kitchen and supervisor to maintain timing and flow Set tables, prepare stations, and assist in closing routines Work across departments — at Ytri, we help each other regardless of role or restaurant.
