Role Overview You will lead and coordinate front-end development activities across a portfolio of European AI data centre projects, including greenfield and brownfield development as well as Colocation opportunities. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive site due diligence, acquisition, permitting, utility agreements, and pre-development design coordination - managing a broad network of consultants, authorities, utilities, and internal teams.
