BARTENDER English Are you passionate about hospitality, great drinks and creating memorable guest experiences? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bartender to join our team in Bergen. You will be an important part of the restaurant and contribute to creating a professional, energetic and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their profession, enjoys working in a busy environment and understands that great hospitality is about much more than simply serving drinks. Key responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages Provide professional, friendly and attentive service to all guests Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and consistency Follow established cocktail recipes, serving standards and bar routines Have good knowledge of the beverage menu and actively recommend products to guests Contribute actively to sales and the overall guest experience Prepare the bar before service and ensure efficient closing routines Maintain cleanliness, organization and hygiene in the bar throughout the shift Refill and organize products, glassware and equipment Assist with stock control and inventory when required Minimize waste and handle products responsibly Follow routines for cash handling and payments Follow Norwegian alcohol regulations and responsible serving requirements Follow HSE requirements and the restaurant's internal procedures Work closely with the Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager and the rest of the FOH team Contribute to a positive, professional and respectful working environment We are looking for someone who Has previous experience as a bartender, preferably from a busy restaurant, bar or hotel Has good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer Is passionate about hospitality and excellent service Is confident communicating with guests Is positive, energetic and solution-oriented Works efficiently and remains professional during busy service Is reliable, punctual and takes responsibility for their work Has high standards for cleanliness, organization and presentation Enjoys working as part of a team Is commercially aware and comfortable recommending and selling beverages Is flexible regarding working hours and understands that the position includes daytime, evening, weekend and late-night shifts Communicates well in English; Scandinavian language skills are an advantage What we offer A professional and international working environment Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Training and opportunities to develop your beverage and service knowledge Strong opportunities for professional and personal development A social and dynamic workplace The opportunity to work with quality products and develop your skills within cocktails, wine and hospitality For the right candidate, there are excellent career opportunities and the possibility to progress into positions with greater responsibility and management roles within the company We believe in developing our people internally and giving talented and motivated employees the opportunity to grow within the organisation Position: Bartender Employment: Full-time / Part-time Working hours: Daytime, evenings, weekends and late nights according to schedule Start date: By agreement Location: Bergen Application Please send us your CV together with a short introduction about yourself, your experience and why you would like to join our team.
