This position is based at our office in Sandvika, where you will work alongside our global marketing team and colleagues from across the organization. As our brands continue to grow internationally, we are strengthening our product development capabilities and are looking for an Industrial Designer / Product Develope r to play a key role in developing new products while maintaining and continuously improving our existing product portfolio. Our product development team is split between Norway (Sandvika) and the Netherlands. In this role, you will be based in Sandvika, with a primary focus on the development of products for Voksi and MiniMeis. This is a varied, hands-on role with a broad range of responsibilities. The position also includes occasional travel to suppliers, partners, and relevant markets. Key Responsibilities Maintain and continuously improve the existing product portfolio, including product updates and change management. Key team member in product development from ideation, concept and prototyping to production and launch, ensuring quality and collaboration throughout the process. Structure the colour, material, and finish process (CMF); such as lab dip order, approvals and material library. Research consumer needs, market trends, and new materials to identify opportunities for innovation. Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards, regulations, and certifications, and coordinate product testing with suppliers and external test institutes. Maintain product documentation in our PLM software throughout the product lifecycle. Coordinate product communication, labels, user manuals, artwork, and technical documentation, in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers. Work closely with colleagues across Product Development, Sourcing, Quality, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and external partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality products. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys a hands-on role and thrives in a dynamic environment with a wide variety of tasks. You are structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoy finding practical solutions to complex challenges. In this role, you will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues across product development, sourcing, quality, operations, marketing, and our supplier network. Strong communication and collaboration skills are therefore essential. Required skills Bachelor's or master's degree in Product design, Industrial Design, Product Development or a related field 3-5 years relevant work experience Professional proficiency in both Norwegian and English Adobe Creative Cloud PLM system experience such as Centric or Delouge Preferably 3D experience such as CLO, Fusion 360 or Key Shot Why Join Us?
