In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and preparing well intervention equipment for offshore and onshore operations, ensuring our assets are ready to support customer needs safely, efficiently, and on time. What You'll Be Doing As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, testing, inspection, and preparation of pressure control equipment (PCE) and related assets. Working closely with our maintenance and operations teams, you will help ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards and ready for upcoming operations. Key responsibilities include: Maintenance, assembly, disassembly, inspection, and testing of pressure-containing equipment such as Wireline BOPs, risers, and crossovers Performing pressure and functional testing in accordance with maintenance programs and company procedures Preparing equipment and critical spare parts for mobilization and shipment Supporting equipment loading and logistics activities Maintaining accurate maintenance records using digital maintenance systems Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and operational performance Assisting with failure investigations and equipment troubleshooting Supporting the development and training of less experienced team members What We're Looking For We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused individual who enjoys working in a practical operational environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Required Qualifications Experience working with Wireline or Slickline pressure control equipment Mechanical background or experience from well intervention operations Ability to communicate effectively in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken Basic computer skills Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry Experience with Phuel and/or NOV Wireline/Slickline PCE equipment T1-T4 and G4 certificates Good digital and software skills Who You Are You are: Safety-consciousness with a strong commitment to quality and compliance Proactive and solution-oriented Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Structured and disciplined in following procedures Eager to learn, develop, and take on new challenges Interested in building technical expertise within well intervention equipment and maintenance operations Whether you already have extensive industry experience or are looking to further develop your technical skills in a specialized field, we offer an environment where you can grow and build a rewarding career.
