Our company offers a web-based platform that brings together data, analysis and collaboration tools to support decision-making and reduce risk in the early stages of renewable energy projects. We empower wind developers with the insights they need to move faster and make better decisions, helping bring more renewable projects from idea to reality. Our platform is already used by leading players in the industry, and we are now expanding across Europe, including Germany, the UK, and France. Our team is based in Oslo and consists of developers, commercial professionals and domain experts working closely across functions. We operate with a flat structure, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a commercially driven mindset across the organisation. About the role Vind AI is on an ambitious growth journey. Marketing has clear strategic priorities for 2026, including growth focus in Europe, and raising awareness with media and SEO/AEO. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of campaign execution and demand generation performance. You will work closely with sales, customer success, product and leadership to ensure that marketing efforts directly support pipeline growth and revenue impact. This is the second marketing hire in the company. You will have real ownership from day one and grow quickly with the role. You will play an important role in making sure commercial KPI is shortening our sales cycle, strengthening structure, systems and execution across our marketing function. Some of the tasks you will be responsible for: Executing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns Owning HubSpot automation, segmentation and nurture flows Coordinating webinars and follow-up workflows Building and optimising landing pages and conversion flows Supporting sales enablement production Tracking funnel performance and identifying areas for improvement Analysing customer trial data and contributing to optimisation efforts Contributing to shortening the sales cycle What success looks like 6–12 months into the role, you have: Taken full ownership of operational execution and run it independently Identified and implemented improvements in automations and funnel structure Strengthened awareness and inbound performance Contributed to shortening the sales cycle through improved sales enablement Introduced smarter and more scalable ways of working within marketing Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone with experience from a B2B (preferably SaaS) environment who is both structured and hands-on. Strong experience with HubSpot Experience working in B2B marketing A structured and detail-oriented way of working Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Comfortable executing independently Strong written and spoken English In addition, we value candidates who: Have experience publishing in Webflow Have exposure to paid media and basic analytics (LinkedIn, GA4) Have worked in a start-up or scale-up environment Use AI tools actively in their daily work Are analytical and data-driven Thrive in a flat, entrepreneurial culture and enjoy cross-functional collaboration This is a technical product in a complex industry. You are not expected to know everything, but you should be comfortable navigating technical environments and learning quickly.
