As a graduate in Finance, Strategy & Partner Operated (FSP) in our 2027 Graduate Program, you will be at the forefront of Aker BP's ambition to become the world's first AI-native E&P company. Through a series of rotations, you will develop the skills to handle complex financial problems and contribute to our goal of a 3x productivity improvement by optimizing financial processes and strategic decision-making. Budgeting & Forecasting Support robust budget processes and ensure updated forecasts, understanding cost drivers and challenging assumptions. Month-end closing Contribute to critical month-end closing activities, including accruals and Cash Call input for joint ventures. Financial analysis & Reporting Engage in financial analysis and reporting, tracking performance against targets and budgets. Process optimization Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to simplify and standardize financial models and processes. AI & Digital innovation Explore and leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, improve efficiency, and elevate the quality of financial reporting. A journey through Finance, Strategy & Partner Operated This isn't a narrow specialization. You'll gain a holistic view by rotating through the core disciplines that drive our financial operations, from cost management to corporate reporting and strategic analysis. Business finance & Cost management Understand cost drivers and contribute to effective cost control and performance management. Financial analysis & Decision support Engage in financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decisions across the organization. Financial accounting & Reporting Gain hands-on experience with IFRS, Joint Venture accounting, and corporate reporting processes. Partner operated assets & Strategy Deepen your understanding of financial operations within our partner-operated assets and strategic planning. AI & Digitalization in Finance Collaborate with digital teams to implement AI solutions and innovate financial workflows.
