Your role Contribute to the development of new concept designs Stability calculations and documentation on concept and newbuilding projects Inclining tests Project follow-up towards our own shipyard, customers and class societies Aftermarket and Research & Innovation activities Discipline coordination on newbuilding projects Recognized subject matter expert Coaches, reviews and delegates work to team members Improves on existing processes and practices Qualifications Bachelor or Master level Experience in relevant field 5+ years Previous experience 2+ years with NAPA is mandatory VARD works systematically for inclusion and diversity and encourage everyone to apply, even if your competence does not match 100% the above.
