We are currently looking for an experienced Scandinavian-speaking electrician for a long-term assignment with Vard in Norway. This is not a short-term project – it is a long-term need for a service electrician. As an Electrician at Adecco you will experience a varied working day. You will work on assignments for various clients where you will meet new people. It is therefore important that you are keen to learn quickly and adapt to different work environments. Requirements: ✔ DSB approval ✔ Communicative level Norwegian ✔ Ability to work independently and in a team We offer: Rotation: 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off (4/2) Working schedule: 54 hours per week Full accommodation provided (camp) Stable, long-term assignment Work with an established company Good working conditions in Norway About you We are looking for electricians who are independent, experienced in large-scale projects, and able to work confidently with technical drawings. The ideal candidates are used to taking responsibility for their own tasks and can work efficiently both individually and as part of a team in complex project environments. Experience from industrial or large construction projects is highly valued, especially where high standards of quality, safety, and deadlines must be met. The ability to interpret and follow technical documentation, schematics, and installation plans is essential. We also expect candidates to be comfortable working in an international environment, where clear communication and cooperation across different teams and languages are part of everyday work. Strong personal organization, a proactive approach, and problem-solving skills are key factors for success in this role. We look forward to receiving your application!
