On behalf of our clients, DB Partner is now hiring Production and Logistics Workers for exciting opportunities in Herøy and Lovund. This is not just a job – it’s an experience. A workplace close to the ocean You’ll become part of a modern seafood production environment, working with high-quality salmon alongside an international and supportive team. Your tasks will vary between production and logistics: Production work: Handling and processing salmon in different production lines Slaughtering, filleting, and trimming fish Quality control and sorting Following strict hygiene and food safety standards Logistics work: Preparing goods for shipment Picking, packing, and palletizing products Loading and unloading goods Forklift driving (if certified) Supporting efficient warehouse and production flow Life outside of work When the workday ends, something special begins: Ocean views and island life Hiking, fishing, and outdoor activities Midnight sun and long summer evenings A social environment with other workers This is your chance to combine work, travel, and unforgettable memories. Who are we looking for?
