About this job
Is customer onboarding something you are passionate about? Do you enjoy teaching, helping others and making complex things easy to understand? Is being on the road and meeting new people your dream way of working? If so, this could be the perfect role for you. About the role: As a Training Consultant, you will become highly skilled in using our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. You will learn how CGM Pridok supports healthcare professionals in their daily work -- from documenting patient health information and prescribing electronic prescriptions to making health information available to patients through Helsenorge and enabling secure electronic communication and collaboration between healthcare providers. You will travel across Norway to meet and train doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals. We have the technology -- now we are looking to strengthen our team with someone who is passionate about people, enjoys sharing knowledge and knows how to communicate in a clear and engaging way. As a Training Consultant, you will: Deliver high-quality training to new and existing CGM Pridok customers across Norway, helping healthcare professionals feel confident using our EPR system in their daily work. Travel across Norway to provide face-to-face training for doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals. Travelling and working onsite with our customers is a significant and essential part of this role. Plan and adapt training sessions to different customer groups, levels of experience and ways of learning -- making even complex functionality easy to understand and use. Build strong relationships with our customers and create a positive and engaging learning experience. Share feedback, insights and learnings from customers with the wider CGM Pridok team, including Product, Engineering and the leadership team. Contribute to developing and improving training materials, guides, videos and other learning resources for our customers. From time to time, support our Sales Executives during tender processes by delivering live demonstrations and showcasing CGM Pridok to potential customers. You might be a good fit if you: Have 1--3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on relationship building, communication and delivering exceptional service. Are fluent in both Norwegian and English, as we work with both Norwegian- and English-speaking customers. Hold a valid driver's licence and have access to a car. CGM Pridok reimburses travel-related expenses and mileage. Enjoy teaching and helping others and have a natural ability to explain complex topics in a simple, clear and engaging way. Are a confident communicator and a genuine people person who builds trust and relationships easily and meets customers with patience and understanding. Are comfortable adapting training and communication to different people, professional backgrounds and levels of technical experience. Enjoy travelling and are flexible and comfortable spending a significant amount of time on the road, visiting customers across Norway. Are curious about technology, comfortable using AI and other digital tools, and motivated to become highly skilled in CGM Pridok and how our EPR system supports healthcare professionals in their daily work. Even better if you: Have experience working in a fast-paced, growing company or scale-up environment. Have a relevant bachelor’s degree, diploma or other relevant educational background. Are located in Tønsberg or the surrounding Vestfold area. Have experience delivering training, teaching, guidance or support -- particularly within healthcare. Have knowledge of Norwegian healthcare and/or Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems. What we offer: A bright and welcoming office located less than 10 minutes from Tønsberg city centre. The opportunity to work directly with healthcare professionals across Norway and make a real impact on their everyday work. A varied working week where you get to travel, meet new people and experience different parts of Norway -- no two weeks are the same. Career development and growth opportunities within both Pridok and the wider CGM organisation. A competitive salary and generous pension package. A flexible working environment built on trust and autonomy. A paid mobile phone subscription.
