Introduction ASML YieldStar is an optical metrology tool that can quickly and accurately measure the quality of patterns on the wafer. In order to meet market-requirements we need to keep up to speed when it comes to pattern-recognition. Your Assignment For ASML’s YieldStar systems, a dedicated on‑tool software application is used to perform alignment diagnostics. This application, known as ADT, features a graphical user interface built with XAML. The tool requires maintenance, including bug fixing and implementing small feature requests coming from customers such as Intel. ADT is a standalone application that reads its inputs from XML files stored on disk, processes these inputs, and presents the information in a clear, user‑friendly manner.…
