Als HR Security Officer en Process Specialist speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de veiligheid, compliance en efficiëntie van onze HR-processen, -data en -systemen. Je combineert gedegen kennis van interne security standaarden met expertise in processen en producten binnen het HR IT landschap (o.a. Oracle). Daarnaast heb je ook kennis van het beoordelen van AI-systemen op security, privacy en ethische risico's. Als brug tussen HR en IT navigeer je behendig in een snel veranderende omgeving en met je daadkrachtige en probleemoplossende aanpak ondersteun je de business maximaal.
