We are looking for a Senior Advisor of Total Rewards, to join WSP in EMEIA HR team. Reporting to the regional Director of Total Rewards, you will provide expert advice on compensation& benefits for WSP in Europe and Africa. This role would be based in the Netherlands You will advise HR managers and business partners on our compensation & benefits policies and practices in order to support business needs related to the company's strategy. This position in the HR team is one of high visibility. You will be involved in a variety of mandates and will work with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
