Introduction The Performance and Integration Department, we integrate and qualify the performance of ASML lithography machines. This means all subsystems come together and being assembled and checked to meet specifications of our customers. These checks are done by dedicated groups for each individual performance parameter. One of the crucial system performance parameters: Productivity, varies and depends on the machine's options and upgrade configuration. Complete information with regards to machines expected vs actual performance is crucial in the platform's development & troubleshooting work. We are involved in the development of the tool for controlled configuration management.…
