Wat ga je doen? Als HR Operations Teamlead ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt binnen de HR Operations-afdeling in Amersfoort. Indien er voldoende beschikbaarheid is, dan zijn we idealiter op zoek naar iemand voor fulltime. Dan zal de scope van de rol breder worden getrokken naar ook onze HR operations afdeling in Amsterdam. Je combineert een coördinerende rol met operationele betrokkenheid in de dagelijkse HR-processen, zoals contractbeheer, tijdregistratie, verzuimadministratie en onboarding van nieuwe collega’s. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze processen soepel, zorgvuldig en volgens afspraak verlopen. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de HR Manager.…
